In mid-September eight city bloggers were invited to travel in a kombi to Gippsland where Happy Glamper provided the glamping accommodation on an organic farm! Tamsin’s Table provided a full day of seasonal cooking classes and the girls got a hands-on tour of a working organic farm.

We rode in a Vintage VW kombi, picnic-ed in the sun while little piglets frollicked in the surrounds, fell asleep in indulgent ‘glamping’ tents (to the sound of the cows in the field next door), did Pilates while taking in the scenery, and spent the day cooking at the absolutely glorious Tamsin’s Table in Poowong. (hehe) All in all, my idea of actual heaven. Except maybe Pilates before a double shot iced latte (there it is, my inner wanker)

We were also happily greeted by a party of beautiful Happy Glamper tents, complete with ‘Indie’ magazines, colourful doonas and fairy lights – they don’t call it ‘glamping’ for nothing! Especially as there is no ‘tent pitching’ required – the Happy Glamper team take care of ALL the set-up and pack-down. WINNING!
